The Lumière Solitaire is a timeless declaration in platinum and fire. A single round-brilliant diamond — precisely selected for its exceptional cut and luminosity — sits in a hand-forged six-claw setting that lifts the stone to catch light from every angle. Conceived in our Geneva atelier and crafted over eight weeks by a single master goldsmith, every piece is made entirely by hand. No casting. No compromise. The ring is finished to a mirror polish and hallmarked with our maker's stamp before delivery. Available in 18k white, yellow, or rose gold upon request.

Craft & Timeline

Every Lumière Solitaire is made by a single goldsmith in our Geneva atelier — the same hands that begin the piece complete it. Our head goldsmith Marie-Claire Fontaine (22 yrs experience, École des Arts Joailliers, Paris) oversees each commission personally.

Diamond Selection

Client reviews GIA-certified candidates; stone hand-picked and independently re-verified before acquisition.

Week 2–3
Metal Preparation

Platinum bar stock cut, annealed, and drawn to wire. Shank formed by hand over steel mandrel — no casting.

Week 3–5
Setting Construction

Six-claw basket fabricated, soldered, and trued to diamond tolerances. Milgrain border set bead by bead.

Week 5–6
Stone Setting & Polish

Diamond seated and claws closed under magnification. Mirror-polish via six progressive hand-burnishing grades.

Week 7–8
QC, Hallmarking & Delivery

Gemological inspection, laser-inscription of GIA cert. number, Swiss maker's hallmark struck, boxed in handmade leather case.
